HELP RUN
THE MINI FEST
The Kpop Eras Mini Fest needs hands on deck — and every shift you work earns you real perks.

A collectible from our Mini Fest card set — yours to keep.
Work both shifts back-to-back and we've got a meal covered for you.
When & where

Volunteer roles
Pick one or both shifts. You'll be matched to one of these roles.
Help set up canopies, tables, and signage before doors, and pack it down after.
Greet vendors, help them find their booth, and keep the swap meet area running smoothly.
Run the random dance play game, help judge the costume contest, and keep energy up on the floor.
Help guests through the backdrop and photo booth line so nobody misses their shot.
First face guests see — answer questions, hand out schedules, point people where to go.
