THE DRAWING

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. Buying anything does not improve your chances. The Mini Fest is free and open to the public, and every attendee may receive a free entry.

The in-person drawing is open to everyone who attends the Mini Fest. The online giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States.

Entrants under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must be present to claim any prize won by a minor. Organizers, staff and volunteers working the drawing table are not eligible.

In person: Each attendee may receive 1 free entry ticket at check-in on November 14, 2026, between 2:00PM and 5:15PM CT. Bonus entries are available for visiting the Snap Era photo booth, following @kpop.nwa on Instagram, or wearing an era costume (1 bonus entry each, up to 3 per person). Entries close at 5:15PM CT.

Online: Follow @kpop.nwa on Instagram, like the official giveaway post, and tag at least one friend in the comments. Each comment with a unique tag counts as 1 entry. Sharing the post to your story earns 1 bonus entry. Online entries close at 5:00PM CT on November 14, 2026.

All winners are selected at random. In-person winners are drawn from the ticket bowl during the scheduled drawings. Online winners are picked with a random comment-picker tool, live on Instagram at about 5:15PM CT. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

Each person may win only one prize. Once a ticket wins, it is removed from the pool for the rest of the event.

In person: You must be present when your number is called and claim your prize within 60 seconds by showing the matching ticket stub. If no one claims it in time, a new number is drawn.

Online: Winners are announced on the live stream and contacted by direct message from @kpop.nwa. Winners must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner is selected. Prizes may be picked up locally in Northwest Arkansas or shipped within the United States.

Prizes include a Nintendo Switch 2, 5 signed 1VERSE LOOP albums, K-pop vinyls, and items donated by our sponsors. Prizes are awarded as-is, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable except at the organizers' discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, the organizers may substitute a prize of similar or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply.

By entering, you agree to these rules and to the organizers' decisions, which are final. The organizers may disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, uses fake or duplicate accounts, or otherwise breaks these rules, and may change the schedule or cancel the drawing if circumstances beyond their control require it.

By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name, Instagram handle and a photo with their prize may be shared on @kpop.nwa and kpopnwa.com, without additional compensation.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all liability. Questions about the giveaway should go to the organizers, not Instagram.
