Why sponsor

Two audiences, one day

A free, all-ages Mini Fest from 2 to 6PM brings out families and students. The 21+ party from 9PM to 1AM brings out adult fans ready to celebrate.

A loyal fan base

K-pop fans show up, shop, and share. Your support gets seen on the day and across our social posts before and after.

Truly local

Built by Razorback alums in Bentonville at Crown Northwest Bar & Grill, with a marketplace full of local makers and small businesses.

Why your support matters

The Kpop Eras Mini Fest is a free community event, built by fans for fans. The canopies, tables, prizes, and production costs are coming out of our own pockets, and every vendor fee is refunded so local makers keep what they earn. Sponsors help cover those costs and keep the Mini Fest free for everyone.
